Hello, all ...

Until now, i've used Digltal Performer mainly for audio and very rarely for MIDI. I'm now using it for MIDI tracks (right now for virtual instruments like the V-Station|PowerCore and Spectrasonics Atmopshere) again, and i'm a bit confiused. I'm trying to draw volume controller info as a ramp / fade from the last point, but DP doesn't interpret it as such -- it just drops / increases the volume to the value I drew right there. I've been able to do the MIDI volume fade / ramp I want by using "Create Continuous Data" for controller 7 between the last point and the current point, but this is nowhere near as intuitive as drawing volume fades / ramps on pure audio tracks. I'm thinking that there has got to be an easier way ... I must be doing something wrong. Would someone illuminate me?
